Bumbo Boom is for lawful, personal, non-commercial viewing of a programming schedule and publicly available videos embedded through the official YouTube player. Videos remain hosted by YouTube and owned by their respective creators.

Prohibited Uses

• Infringing or facilitating infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights, including circumventing technical measures or downloading/re-hosting embedded videos in violation of YouTube's terms or a creator's rights.
• Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or bulk-copying the site, its listings, or its content except as permitted by law.
• Attacking, overloading, probing, or reverse engineering the site or its infrastructure, or introducing malware.
• Using the site to harass, defame, deceive, or violate the privacy of others.
• Any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

Respect for Content Owners

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders. If you own content embedded on Bumbo Boom and do not want it shown, you can disable embedding from your YouTube settings, and you may also contact us and we will remove the embed. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy.

Enforcement

We may remove embeds or listings, restrict access, and report activity to the appropriate parties for any actual or suspected violation of this AUP, for security risk, or for unlawful activity.
