Our Position

Cognibuild LLC ("Bumbo Boom") respects the intellectual property rights of others. Bumbo Boom does not host, store, upload, or rehost video files; it displays publicly available videos through the official YouTube embedded player, and those videos remain hosted by YouTube and owned by their respective creators. If you believe content embedded or linked on Bumbo Boom infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice using the process below, and you may also disable embedding from your own YouTube settings.

Filing a Copyright Notice

To report claimed infringement, send a written notice to our designated contact (below) that includes all of the following, consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the page URL on bumboboom.com and the video or channel identified).
• Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable the embed or reference to allegedly infringing material we control where appropriate.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the contact above that includes your signature; identification of the material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat Infringers

We may stop embedding content from, or restrict access for, sources that are the subject of repeated valid copyright complaints.
